 ARTIST'S BIOGRAPHY

Michael J. Puleo

I am a graduate from St. John's University. I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies. As an artist I am not trained in traditional art forms and this enables me to express myself in the manner in which I choose. I enjoy expressing myself freely, not being limited by tradition. I never prepare in advance to create an art piece, since the "FEELING" to create just happens. I never gathered materials in a premeditative manner or have ever purchased supplies from an art store. I have always been motivated to express myself, with peace of mind. This makes it possible to create art and to appreciate the hobby.

I am an " Individual Artist Showcase" winner. I have displayed many of my works to art enthusiasts throughout New York City and Long Island. I use all types of paint and other raw materials in producing my works. Since I have hundreds of works, my art images on this site will change occasionally. I will admit it is difficult for me to pick and choose for website inclusion. It is a challenge for me to create art that is as "Raw"as you can get it,without changing the genre. I enjoy walking the fine line. The images are in no specific order, similar to the thoughts within our minds and their dimensions are as unframed pieces.
